About the job As a SimCorp Dimension specialist and in the role as a software engineer, you will be part of a cross functional team (CFT) responsible for what to deliver and to maximizing the value of the investment opportunity.
Swedbank Robur works in a high straight-through-processing environment where SimCorp Dimension as the portfolio system is the core. Our 150+ users are found in Stockholm, Vilnius, Riga and Tallinn. The CFT:s are responsible to ensure efficient development, maintenance and governance of all processes connected to the platform and related services.
Swedbank Robur has recently moved into an agile way of working and is in need to strengthen the SimCorp Dimension expertise. Our SimCorp Dimension installation is one of the largest in the Nordic region and we have a 7 year long open installation file agreement together with SimCorp which gives us endless opportunities to develop the platform.
Main activities of CFTs is to:
Develop and maintain all capabilities consumed by the business and stakeholders
Ensure stable and high quality delivery of solutions provided by external parties
Ensure required governance and processes are in place for efficient and transparent operations
Ensure support for development needed by other CFT's within the value stream
Your duties comprises:
Contributing in all areas like analyze, design, development, test and maintenance of services delivered by the team
Deciding on how to build solutions within architecture frames
Configuration and implementation of functionality and modules
Improvements of existing processes and implemented functionality
Solving and deploying solutions of incidents and problems
Continuously updating existing documentation for the solutions
Ensuring quality awareness and care when designing, building and maintaining solutions
Assist the Agile product owner (APO) with material needed to prioritize the backlog in order to maximize value for the users and customers
Input to Swedbank Robur's SimCorp Dimension Roadmap
Work together with other CFTs within the value stream
What you need to succeed The ideal candidate has/is:
• SimCorp Dimension knowledge, at least 2 years' experience, preferably in a role such as system specialist, development or configuration on the business side or as system administrator
• Experience of asset management business
• Strong team player with good cooperation skills
• Communication management skills
• Good understanding of development and operational processes
• Self-driven, gives and takes responsibility
• Proficient in oral and written Swedish and English
• A relevant university degree or similar work experience
