We are looking for a Services Manager to join an energetic team that is passionate about making a difference in the world of AGVs and AMRs.
Position Overview
As a Services Manager, you will be part of the Services & Technical Sales department, reporting directly to the Director of Services & Technical Sales. You will lead a team within the department, which plays a critical role in empowering customers to master our products and ensuring the delivery of exceptional solutions.
In this position, you will drive projects and shape product direction, while inspiring and developing your team to achieve outstanding results. You will drive growth initiatives, foster collaboration across departments, and create an environment of continuous improvement and innovation.

To achieve the mission and success of this position, we believe you already have:
University degree in Engineering.
At least 5 years of experience as a Project Manager leading high revenue & strategic projects or at least 3 years of experience as a Product Owner focusing on product development in Agile Environment.
A strong track record in customer-related projects.
Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills.
Solid knowledge of project/program management and Agile principles.
Excellent communication skills in English, other languages are merit.
Technical understanding of operating systems, networks (TCP/IP, WLAN), and Windows tools.
