hela Sverige For our customer we are looking for a Service Runtime Manager for Mainframe & i-Series services.
Job description:
You will replace the regular service runtime manager during his paternity leave.
As the Service Runtime Manager , you will work in close cooperation with different internal and external managerial roles involved in delivery, customer representatives, AOM technicians, and many other Infrastructure & Operations roles.

Main Responsibilities
• Terms, conditions and commitments for service deliveries are established and documented
• OLA establishment and follow-up
• Make sure that tasks and responsibilities are allocated to teams and individuals, and collaboration between teams is ensured
• Meetings are planned and conducted according to the defined meeting structure in the process
• Responsible for Change Management of the Infrastructure and operations delivered IT-services to retail customer Supply Chain
• Drive and ensure that services in production are managed according to decided processes (incident/problem/change/operation/event) and with a service focus
Required skills:
• Knowledge of mainframe (PL1, DL1)
• Ability to work in a customer oriented team
• Documented leadership capabilities of IT deliveries
• Ability to establish effective relationships both external and internally
• Result oriented in fulfilling customer agreements
• Very strong Communication skills
• Knowledge of automotive IT processes
• English and Swedish fluently, both written and spoken
