Issuer Services Operations Sweden offers a unique one year temporary position as a Service Operations Officer. In this challenging position you will gain industry specific experience and insight into the world of operational banking.
The position we offer
One of our Service Operations Officers will go on maternity leave and Issuer Services Operations Sweden is therefore seeking a temporary replacement to join our team.
During recent years Issuer Services has had a key role in many transactions and has successfully delivered profitable solutions to customers.
The services we offer:
• Advisory services for technical support,
• Planning of corporate actions (including shares and bond issues, public offerings, mergers and acquisitions, equity incentive plans),
• Administration and registration of subscriptions,
• Issuing and paying agent services for a variety of instruments.
As a Service Operations Officer you will be responsible for taking an active part in the administrative routines and processes related to our customers.
Your main focus will be on providing great customer service and support, where you will have one-on-one contact with the customers. The job does not involve selling products or similar to the customers, but instead you will carry out the service they order.
This is a challenging position with opportunities to grow and develop. You will be part of a highly motivated and dedicated team and an environment of change and continuous improvements. Developing and continuously improving processes is a natural part of your daily work. You will also get the possibility to work with colleagues from the Nordic countries.
The qualifications you need
The person we are looking for is a self-driven team player that wants to deliver high quality and contribute to a positive working environment. You need to have a solution oriented mind-set and appreciate administrative work. You are flexible and service-minded, and it is important to you to deliver results and meet customers? expectations.
You enjoy working in a hectic and continuously changing environment, where you have the ability to make decisions and make things happen. Learning, innovation and trying new things motivates you. You strive to excel and have exceptional customer focus.
Finally, you need to master professional skills in both Swedish and English. We also expect you to have a university degree or similar, and have great knowledge of MC Office, especially Excel.
