Scania Financial Processes Centre (SFPC), is since 2013 an established Shared Service Centre within Scania. Our organisation is located in Södertälje, Bangalore and Krakow and is handling Accounts payable and Accounts receivable. SFPC stakeholders are to be found within Scania 's Industrial Operation, Commercial Operation as well as Financial Services. The Geographical scope is EU, Norway, Switzerland and Australia.

We are now looking for a Service Manager responsible for Compliance to be part of a team with strong focus on service delivery and process improvements.The position gives opportunities to many contacts across the Scania organisation as well as with our Shared Service Centre in Bangalore.

Your responsibility
You will be a part of Service Management team and responsible for compliance and controls of accounts payable and accounts receivable processes within our scope. Your main tasks will be;

• Identify, set up and maintain controls to ensure that regulations, both imposed by legal requirements as well as by Scania internal policies, are being met
• Secure that audits are undertaken to confirm whether Scania Group policies, working instructions and other Scania steering documents applicable to the processes are followed
• Provide support in financial audits, internal and external, and follow-up on Compliance and Business Conformity
• Participate in projects and drive improvement initiatives together with our stakeholders
• Contribute to a high quality customer service
• Monitor and follow up performance of SFPC delivery

Is this you?
We are looking for a person with knowledge of financial processes and a good understanding of fiscal and legal process compliance. If you have experience from Scania and/or a third-party vendor management it will be considered as an advantage.

You are analytical, customer oriented and have good communication and cooperation skills. As a person you are open minded, driven and have a positive and can-do attitude. Challenges motivates you as well as working in a changing environment. Your work field will be Europe and India (Bangalore) and you will represent SFPC in cross-functional projects why it is important with flexibility and high accountability.

You have an academic degree in business administration, finance or equivalent and express yourself well in both spoken and written English.
