The Service Educational Leader will be responsible for creating, providing and managing educational growth offerings across our modalities in the Nordics. Our customers have a continuous need for educational offerings to maintain and service parts of their medical system installed base. Therefore education is an essential part our service offering, in order to maintain a strong relationship with the customer through the equipment life-cycle. This is a temporary position for 12-15 months.
Essential Responsibilities:
Organize and execute customer trainings for Ultrasound, Imaging (MR, CT, MI etc) and Clinical Care products.
Identify and create new training opportunities.
Collaborate closely with sales and service.
Promote customer trainings internally and externally, visit to GEHC Nordic offices.
Forecast sales/ drive educational P&L.
Pricing, margins etc.
Quotations.
Support and drive collaboration; you will work closely with our product specialists, clinical education specialists, sales and service teams.
Drive commercial intensity as part the commercial team.
Qualifications/Requirements:
Clinical and/or technical background; University degree.
Experience from Medical Equipment.
Good understanding of customer requirements.
Able to travel to Nordic countries.
Fluency in Swedish and English.
EU work permit.
