We are looking for Service Directors to Stockholm and/or Gothenburg and your assignment will be to:

• ensure that all contracted services in a customer account are delivered profitably and meet customer expectations.
• ensure that services are delivered to contractual obligations & in line with baselined budgets.
• manage customer expectation in line with contractual requirements and service suppliers to their contractual agreements.
• ensure that service performance meets service level agreement (SLAs).
• Develop services in line with customer's emerging business drivers.
• P & L achieves or exceeds the forecasted revenue and margin.
• Make sure a satisfied customer resulting in additional business and contract renewal

Main Responsibilities

• Customer Relationship. Engages with the customer's CIO / CFO and advises them on their future IT Strategy. Sources knowledge, experience and best practices internally to present the customer with innovative IT solutions.
• Profitability. Takes personal accountability that the engagement P&L delivers against forecast. Sets challenging improvement targets and drives service owners to constantly improve quality and cost
• Transformation Milestones. Personally drives change and innovation to meet the customer's expectations on transforming their IT landscape.
• SLA Compliance. Regularly reviews the attainment of service levels and drives the service
• owners to deliver at the committed quality
• Leadership. Provides direction and alignment to a virtual team of all service delivery resources and external partners to deliver as â'one service team' to the customer
• Risks Control & Escalations Management. Manages service risks, contractual exposure and critical escalations to prevent exposure of Fujitsu to customer claims
• Spotting Opportunities. Develops new business opportunities in conjunction with the customer and the account manager, and stimulates and defines requirements for new service as part of an IT Service Strategy
• Service Introduction. Ensures such services are professionally scoped, contracted, introduced and accepted.
• Building Capability. Acts as a thought leader and mentor to the Fujitsu Service Management Community.

Qualifications

• University degree in Engineering, Business Management , IT or equivalent.
• Minimum of 5 - 7 years IT service delivery experience in an Infrastructure Services environment, managing multiple large accounts.
• Requires influencing skills .
• Understands Client Operations, Contract Adherence, Monitoring and Reporting
• Knowledgeable of Financial Management of Projects & Service, Preparing Bids & Tenders, Offer Definition & Value Propositions, Risk Management and Business Cycles.
• Customer focused.
• ITIL Experience desired.
• Proactive approach.
• Confident, energetic with excellent negotiating, interpersonal and communication skills.
• Able to travel.
• Full proficiency in Swedish as well as business English.
