• design research
• prototyping
• user testing
• customer journey mapping
• workshop facilitating
• wireframing
• concept design
You will be working in our design team together with business developers, other designers and software developers. We are usually really friendly as long as we eat and drink coffee regurarly.
We believe in trusting our team members with lots of freedom when it comes to where and when you solve your assignments. It?s more important that you deliver extraordinary results, than how you do it. Hello Future runs on Slack, Trello and other cloud based tools to help us stay productive wherever we are, but we also still appreciate face to face discussions and workshops :)

Desired Skills and Experience
We are looking for someone:
• with lots of empathy and proper communication skills - both talking and writing
• who will get a kick out of facilitating groups of difficult people who have been in too many lame workshops
• who uses systems thinking to see order in chaos and with the ability to zoom in and out of difficult problems
• interested in society and worried about the xenophobia we're seeing in many parts of the world
• with the ability to synthesize large amounts of qualitative data
• who can craft a strong narrative and tell a good story
• visually gifted who can explain intagible things in a simple image or two
• intrested in music and arts - it has nothing to do with the job, but it's a great quality to have!
