Application Delivery has the mission to achieve a high level of efficiency within Volvo IT's application delivery and to develop, maintain and support business application solution that meets customers' demands for functionality, quality, efficiency and time to market.
Job description:
The SDM will be responsible for a portfolio of applications within the Logistics area.
The scope mainly consists in service level management and customer relationship management, being the single point of contact for solution owners and representing the entire Volvo IT organization from a service delivery perspective. Most of the applications in this portfolio have the highest service level for availability. The applications are mainly standard applications developed by third parties.
Core Responsibilities:
• Maintenance services delivery according to the SLA (Service Level Agreement). This applies to a set of applications as well as related infrastructure deliveries in scope of the SLA
• Enhancement and new development requests to current solutions
• Set-up the delivery structure and maintenance organization in line with Volvo IT Maintenance Management Model (3Mi). Delivering maintenance services can involve resources who can reside within or outside Volvo IT
• Make agreements and work with third party suppliers
• Follow-up of costs and services delivered
Your profile:
You are customer oriented and service minded. You are a driving force with high social competence. You have experience in service delivery, maintenance services and preferably knowledge of the Logistics business area.
General qualifications and skills:
• Academic qualifications within the relevant field
• Communicative team-player
• Leadership skills
• Proactive and with a strong drive to continuously challenge and improve
• Excellent command of spoken and written Swedish and English
