THE JOB
Nielsen's Television Audience Measurement (TAM) service is currently seeking a confident, self-driven Service Delivery Leader, experienced in all aspects of television measurement and who would thrive managing the services for an ever increasing complex and dynamic TV landscape.
You will be responsible for the measurement and provision of the TV ratings currency data to the TV industry in Sweden.
Key responsibilities:
Manage a team of 16 full-time employees, setting individual and team priorities. Evaluate individual performance and generate development plans
Work closely with Client Service to support the needs of the client and attend client meetings
Ensure the business delivers on all its KPI commitments
Drive enhancements to the current service
Responsible for the implementation of new technologies and systems
Liaise with other Nielsen support teams
Drive automation of tasks and improvements in service
Look to optimize costs
Enhance transparent and appropriate communication within the team
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
University degree, 3+ year's previous experience in the TV measurement business
Overall understanding of TAM measurement business? Experience managing a team an advantage
Strong analytical skills
Fluent English, both written and conversation
Strong project management skills
Assist in the solving of business problems by providing advice and guidance in the application of Nielsen products and services that can be of use both to clients and local team
Extremely organized and highly motivated
Excellent verbal/written communication skills
Experience giving presentations to clients
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to develop effective relationships
Knowledge in the usage and operations of ad serving technologies
Base level of knowledge on Linux operating system and scripting
Excellent level of knowledge on Windows operating systems (including MSOffice platform).
