hela Sverige Visa alla jobb hos Head Consulting Group Sweden AB i Ospecificerad arbetsort We are now looking for a Senior Technology Coordinator (STC) who will be the Customer Care and Quality reference person for the WET category (laundry and dishwashing). The STC is a competence resource in the Product Development Process (PDP), proactively co-operating with all the relevant departments. Key responsibilities: * Supporting the improvement of the serviceability of the products, also based on the feedback from the field. * Supporting the continuous quality improvement, also based on the data retrieved from Quality in Field department. * Supporting the definition of the guidelines for all the technical documents, including manuals and training. * Making sure that all the deliverables related to the CC&Q BU initiatives are in the PDP process and delivered in a timely manner. This includes, but it is not limited to: - Preparing the maintenance tables, procedures, and relevant kits. - Assessing new service models. - Helping during the definition of APACS. * Being an active participant in the CP meetings. * Supporting the development of connected solutions linked to the products and the relevant business models. * Supporting the analysis of the data retrieved from the field from a technical point of view, making sure that said analysis becomes part of the continuous quality improvement loop.
Key qualifications: * We are looking for a person that is proficient in Laundry or in Dishwashers. If you have a general understanding and previous experience of both, it will be a plus. * You need to have a strategic vision. * Strong Communication skills. * Thrive in a fast-paced environment. * Enthusiastic and self-motivated. * Excellent organizational skills. * Fluent English. * Willingness to travel. Location for this position is optional.
