The division Parts and Services provides a broad range of services with the aim of maximizing customers' productivity. We focus on spare parts supply, professional service, support solutions and training. The divisional headquarters are located in Örebro, Sweden, and the distribution centers are located in China, Sweden and the United States.
As Senior Service Agreements Negotiator, you will be working in collaboration with every Customer Center and reporting directly to the Marketing VP.
Together we will reach new level of service agreements growth!

Your mission
The Mission of the Senior Service Agreements Negotiator is to play a pivotal role in the development of the proper strategies and action plans that will drive service agreements growth ensuring the proper profitability targets for both new and under renewal contracts. Those strategies and action plans will be based in creating beneficial service concepts at a customer and Customer Center (CC) level.

Main responsibilities for this role:
Review and provide the proper guidance to the CC Service Agreement business case ensuring that the projected cash flow is aligned to the corporate strategy.
The senior contract negotiator will foresee that the CCs comply with the legal and financial standards for new business and renewals.
Approve new business cases according to the proper power of attorney level.
Monitor the global business pipeline and forecast for new service contracts.
Collaborate with the CC's to develop local competencies to improve our customer relationships and value concept.
Work with the Service Agreements product manager to standardize our global commercial offerings and processes.
Collaborate with the service operations team in developing profit improvement strategies for underperforming contracts
Work closely with the MRS controller in keeping close track of existing agreements and standardizing financial KPI's
Define the global business pipeline for SA's and schedule target visits
Schedule a strategy meeting for developing countries to push our future service concept.

Your profile
As a person, you have very good communication skills with colleagues at all levels. You establish and maintain a high level of credibility. You enjoy change and innovation and collaborate effectively across the organization and transfer knowledge/learning at all levels.

As a leader, you are inspirational and inclusive and have a high Customer focus and an exceptional analytical and problem solving capability. To succeed in this role you also need to be organized, able to handle complexity and multiple priorities. You manage time effectively and focus on high priority opportunities.

You are a Civil Engineer, in Electronic, Mechanical, Electrical or Mining Execution or similar. We see that you have 8 years of experience in similar positions as well as the ability to lead work teams. You are customer service orientated both with internal and external stakeholders. Solid English communication skills both verbal and written are required to be successful in this role. We also see that you have extensive knowledge of the products and the market within your field. You are result orientated and proactive in your decision-making.

Location and travel
This position is located in Örebro, Sweden. Willingness and ability to travel, both domestic and international, is required.
