ABOUT YOU
You are passionate about emerging cyber security threats and their possible impacts on the business environment. You are motivated to keep learning, to forget the obsolete and you get energized by working both in- and interdependently in the cyber security network and across functions. To be successful in this role we believe you have a proven advanced training in computer science or engineering equivalent and you have a minimum of 5 years of experience as Software Engineer, preferably within cyber security. You know how to demonstrate experience in working in Agile and DevOps working set-ups. Your leadership skills are proven to be strong and you have good knowledge of the IKEA brans, culture, values and ways of working. Preferably you also have experience in hacking.
You have knowledge of following area:
• extensive knowledge of current and emerging cyber security threats and their impacts in eCommerce/Digital channels and the digital landscape
• extensive knowledge of software engineering practices, including BDD, TDD, test automation, DevOps, Code versioning and experience of using industry standard toolsets
• extensive knowledge of information security best practices, architecture standards, tools and methods, policies and technology in general
• knowledge of cyber security reporting, including measurements of risks and compliance
• knowledge of the fast moving data technology landscape
• knowledge of design and architecture concepts (i.e. micro services)
• experience within DevOps and agile development practices
You have a high level of personal integrity, as well as the ability to professionally handle confidential matters and to capture and translate cyber security requirements into requirements of data architecture, database technology and data model design. You actively acquire new knowledge and skills and champions' new methods and processes to improve performance. Last but not least you have what it takes when it comes to understanding the complexity of IKEA business and the role of technology as an integrated part of the business.
ABOUT THE JOB
The purpose of this job is to be responsible for ensuring the required level of IT security for applications, systems and platforms in Group Digital, including proactively monitor the cyber security policies surrounding IT-systems and keeping them up to date.
You will:
• to be responsible for ensuring the required level of IT security for applications, systems and platforms in the Group Digital
• working in agile teams in the capability area, driving a security and privacy by design approach to digital, aiming to have security and privacy controls built-in rather than bolted-on to reduce risk exposure
• develop technical solutions and new security tools to help mitigate security vulnerabilities and automate repeatable tasks
• to ensure the product development teams apply the secure engineering policies
• to conduct monitoring of cyber security policies surrounding the IT systems and proactively keep them up-to-date to emerging trends and threats
• updating the common Group Digital site on standards and methods when necessary to ensure alignment across the Group Digital
• support chapter lead in coaching and develop junior team members on functional expertise
• work across initiatives within INGKA Group, steering towards solutions that fit within the boundaries of the data governance framework
