• Selling our products and services
• Seek out potential new customers and markets

• Plan, segment and budget your market together with the Country Manager
• Contribute to create a useful network of partners
Most of the customer contact is made via phone and e-mail, but visits to customers occur. You will also participate in industry fairs and tradeshows.
Users of ReadSpeaker services are everyone who rather listens than read. That means our users are ranging from very active people who like to multitask and need to absorb information in a mobile way, to those who have difficulty reading written text, for example, people with read and write difficulties, children or those who have another mother tongue than the written text.
Our customers come from many different sectors in Sweden but also in the rest of the world. We have lots of customers in the public sector, in education as well as the private sector.
Now we seek a senior salesperson to our office in Uppsala. Part of our sales organization, including the Country Manager for Scandinavia, is located in Holland.
Your background
We expect you to have at least three years' experience in B2B sales. You are very good at establishing trusting and long lasting relations. You are driven by satisfying customers both short and long term. Furthermore, you have the ability to detect business opportunities and understand customer needs.
We see it as an advantage if you have education in sales, marketing and/or web technologies. Very good spoken and written Swedish and English is a requirement. If you speak Norwegian and/or Finnish, we consider it an advantage.
You are goal oriented, responsive and communicative. You enjoy working with others and easily collaborate with both colleagues and customers. You are organized and structured. You enjoy the responsibility of being autonomous in going forward with the sales process. To succeed in the role as senior salesperson, we think you are performance-oriented and remain motivated in success as well as in adversity.
