Assignment description
We are looking for a consultant with experience in recruitment to join our client recruitment team. In this role, you will be responsible for the recruitment process from start to finish. The task varies from collecting the request and requirements together with the recruiting manager, create job advertisement, search, selection of candidates, interview, feedback to candidates and the hiring process. During the recruitment process you are responsible for communicating with the recruiting manager and others involved in order to proceed with suitable candidates.

• Collect requirements and information
• Create job advertisement
• Search, selection and reference
• Schedule Interview and meetings with recruitment managers
• Hiring process
Required skills
• Experience with recruitment for at least 6+ years
• Experience with competency based recruitment
• Fluency in Swedish and English
Preferred skills:
• Experience with IT recruitment
This is a full-time consultancy position through Incluso in Jönköping. The assignment will run initially for 6 months with a possibility for extension after that. Start is ASAP.
