Uppdraget är på heltid och beräknas starta så snart som möjligt och kommer pågå under 6 månader, med god chans till förlängning. Publiceringsdatum2021-08-10Om tjänstenYou will be a link between the Global/Advanced Engineering team and the local Site functions such as Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality, Finance and Supply Chain. You are a key player to secure the Program/Project objectives such as Program/Project deliverables, timelines and budget. You will have a reporting line to the Head of R&D/Engineering.
Dina arbetsuppgifter i huvudsak
Key responsibilities:
• Lead and Coordinate Project team members throughout all phases of the project
• Provide overall strategy and recommendations for decision making by Project Steering committee
• Set deadlines, assign responsibilities, and monitor progress of projects.
• Mentor and motivate the team and maintain relation to key stakeholders
• Collaborate with other functions such as Supply Chain, R&D | Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality and Finance, globally and locally about project related matters on a regular basis
• Provides documentation, reports, and presentations about project progress vs timelines
• Tracking of financial aspects of the projects
• Presenting Project status to Sr Leadership at monthly and quarterly PMO / Project Reviews

Profile:
• Strong collaboration and communication skills
• Project Management experience
• Worked within a project driven organization
• Structured, accurate, self-driven, service oriented, team-player, can work independently
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and must have sense of urgency
• Personal maturity, good communicator, and great people skills
• Work requires interpersonal skills, flexibility, and accuracy and good leadership, and that man is driven, analytical and structured.
• Fluently in Swedish and English in both speaking and writing.
Education:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
Experience:
3-5 years of work experience in Engineering, Process Development, Operations or Supply Chain, preferably in GMP/Medical/ Pharmaceutical Industry
