hela Sverige We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Senior Project Manager to join us in our mission to contribute to a greener future. The role is a part of our excellent and bold Construction team based in Skelleftea. By joining us, you will be a key player in ramping up and contributing to building one of the first large scale European battery factories.
As a project manager, you will work in the Total site program where most of the indirect works for the Northvolt A site are being managed. You will plan and structure the civil works and site services by setting up milestones, coordinating the interfaces to the other blocks and ensuring the commercial aspects of the works.
You will work in the Program team and report to the Program Manager for Total site.
Key responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Steer the civil block who are executing the groundworks for new buildings, performing landscaping around the existing buildings and working with the utilitites
Steer the site service team who provide all temporary services and structures such as facilities, utilities, scaffolding, roads etc.
Work closely with the Construction team to enable an efficient execution of the buildings
Interface the other Programs to plan the overall site - feedback to the design team to implement changes of the Master plan

Skills & Requirements
We believe that you have :
A degree in engineering/ construction or Relevant University Degree
10+ years working experience in the field of construction
Excellent English written and oral skills
Bonus points for:
Experience and interest in working on industrial sites
Fluency in other languages (Japanese, Swedish, Chinese, French)
Experience from a multi-cultural environment
