We are now looking for a Senior Project Manager to work with our specialist project/program management team of employees across the world. Do you have a passion for project and program management? Then we would love to hear from you!

What you'll do
Be the project manager for, leading our Flex Factory Hardware delivery projects, including scope, budget, and schedule.
In collaboration with many other parts of our organisation, such as the Enterprise Solutions Project Manager/Product Manager, Lead System Designers, Automation, Commercial Operations, and Product Teams, execute the Enterprise Solution Projects and Custom Hardware Projects - including developing the project plan, schedule, evaluating risks and other project relevant tasks.
Lead, establish plans and key performance indicators to execute and measure the improvement projects, approved by leadership, that will improve the execution and offering of the business.
Establish plans based on the data provided by the Customer Contract, User Requirement Specifications, and availability of Functional Resources
When needed, leading a customer facing Enterprise project.
Train and mentor other Project Managers and Project Engineers, developing techniques and technical skills as well as contributing to development to the next levels in their careers.
Develop a communication plan that will ensure efficient communication with the Project Team, Customer, Project Steering Committee, and others.
Work with Quality Assurance and Regulatory to ensure all requirements and regulations are met.
Work with other relevant departments within the organisation to handle budget changes, coordinate Factory Acceptance Tests (FAT), develop a documentation delivery plan as well as shipping and distribution plans.
Ensure efficient transportation, installation and IQ/OQ at customer site if needed.

Who you are
Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Natural Science, Business, Computer Science, or equivalent degree with a working experience in some of the following areas: mechanical equipment/automation or software/electronics/ engineering/supply chain/manufacturing/biology/chemistry.
10+ years of demonstrated ability in Project Management and/or Leadership capacity within a regulated manufacturing industry (life science preferred).
Proven leadership of cross-functional project teams and an ability execute high visibility projects with high expectations.
Comfort with communicating and presenting to all levels of the organisation as well as to all global regions.
Ability to drive Process Improvement Projects in many business subject areas'.
Familiarity with ISO, FDA, and other regulatory standards.
Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.

This position is ideally based in Uppsala or Umeå as frequent visit the sites will be necessary for this position.
