Packaging Technologies within Development & Service Operations (DSO) is strengthening the project management organization by seeking an experienced project manager.

The role offers the opportunity to work in a fast moving, cross-functional and international environment. You will be leading innovative, exciting development projects with many opportunities for personal growth and career development.

Main responsibilities

• Lead the delivery of cross-functional and global deployable development projects.
• Develop and manage all aspects of project engagement from planning, external vendor and customer relationships, communications, resources, budget, changes, risks and issues resolution
• Continuously develop and recommend appropriate strategies and prioritisations for achieving expected technological and business needs.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to agree on project scope, requirements and deliverables.
• Understand and manage inter-dependencies between technology, supply chain and customer needs
• Provide on-site leadership for project team by building and motivating team members to meet project goals
• Try new project management tools, processes and procedures and share learnings
• Provide continuous and effective communication with all stakeholders and to our most senior governance forums
• Required networking cross-organisational to secure alignment of all project activities including building external partnerships.

Qualifications

You are an experienced project manager with a proven track record from complex development projects, combined with a strong technology and business understanding. You are able to work cross-functionally and with all levels of the organisation. You are a self-motivated person with strong drive for results. You pay strong attention to details, balanced with the ability to see the projects in a larger context. You enjoy taking on changes.

You have an Engineering background or equivalent and you have minimum 5 years of documented project management experience, preferably PMP certified. It is beneficial with former experience from technically advanced hard-ware projects and manufacturing, and application of agile methodologies, e.g. Scrum.

Written and verbal English skills are essential.
