We are looking for a Project Coordinator for an exciting consultant assignment with our global customer in the automotive industry. The assignment will start in the beginning of January 2016 and continue 6 months with option to prolong.

Publiceringsdatum2015-11-24Dina arbetsuppgifterIn your role as Project Coordinator you will assist Chief Program Manager and create and refine information material to secure clear communication and reduce workload for the Chief Program Manager. Your main tasks will be to:
• secure that decided actions from the Project Management Team and similar escalation meetings are executed on time
• spread information to stakeholders that needs to be informed through meeting documentation, organize and facilitate meetings, workshops etc.
• identify need for, plan and carry out meetings and workshops in order to synchronize projects and secure progress for program
• support and lead task forces and other initiatives
• work to increase transparency in reporting and spread information to stakeholders that needs to be informed through meeting documentation
• secure that decided actions from reoccurring meetings are executed on time
• support CPMs with their communication to increase transparency in reporting
• coordinate CPM's time plans and site road maps
• support CPMs in creating and maintaining appropriate time plans in order structure project work and reach targets
• secure the existence of updated site road maps to ensure that projects and management can overview what lies ahead
Utbildning/erfarenhet
We are looking for a senior project coordinator who are good in organizing, facilitating meetings, work-shops etc. We are looking for someone who is supportive and experienced in leading task forces and other activities. Experience from planning, coordination, timeplans and site road maps. Fluent in English, excellent in Microsoft office applications and previous experience from the automotive industry is a plus.
