The role will entail being an operative person in our stand-alone projects within the company. Some of these entail the student scholarship Queen Silvia Nursing Award and our executives meeting Dementia Forum X. As a part of the team, your role is to give the projects the support they need, contributing with every day tasks, creativity and hard work. You can get acquainted with the above and others under Projects on our website.
The person we are looking for will become a key figure in making these projects grow and taking charge of their development together with the project director.
We are a smaller organisation that works in unchartered territory, focusing on spreading knowledge and education in the fields of elderly care and dementia around the world. As we are growing, albeit quickly, it is important for us that the next person to join us, is the right one. We expect you to be prepared to work with high and low, but also to want to reap the benefits from your hard work.
Who are we looking for?
We need someone who is bright, dedicated, happy to contribute, extremely flexible, and a fearless doer. We believe the correct person for this job is very social as wells as humble - however, without being easily pushed over.
We would love the following add-ons in the applicants: Project experience, marketing insight, digital communication skills (for example WordPress, Google Analytics and social media) as well as a creative mindset
Must haves: Academic degree (probably in business, engineering or within health care), fluency in Swedish and English and hopefully at least one more language. General computer skills (Office, etc). We expect applicants to have at least 3 years of experience.
Who are we?
Swedish Care International is an internationally active operation that develops, packages and exports Swedish elderly and dementia care. Our vision is to make good dementia and elderly care that is based on the care philosophy of the Silviahemmet available in the international environment. We run several large-scale digital and live projects that support this aim. We are currently present and operating across Europe as well as in Asia.
