The Digital Proposition & Design team is responsible for driving innovation within online and mobile banking. We are an agile team working at the intersection of business, technology and design. With high attention to design and detail, we strive to deliver outstanding solutions for our end users. Now we're looking for a Senior Product Owner to join the team.
What you'll be doing
• Create and maintain a product vision as well as a product backlog and roadmap
• Ability to negotiate constraints with development teams, customers, business partners, technical leaders, and architects
• Collaborate with customers representing product vision and discipline
• Ensure the appropriate internal buy-in and commitment
• Responsible for collecting and gathering business requirements
• Identify user needs and ensure a good digital user experience
• Daily collaboration with development teams
• Decomposes vision into specific backlog items
• Define targets and KPIs on digital activities and follow-up on these
• Keep updated about EC systems and processes related to the profession / function
• Ensure a lean-approach to digital proposition development
• Analyse and assess information and trends, identify issues impacting the functional area.
• Analyse assigned complex and varied work package and the expected deliveries, including budgets, deadlines, quality and other specification.
• Provide solutions/reports, documentation and/or recommendations taking into consideration and following specifications, regulations, quality and other standards.
• Deliver on applicable scorecard targets, including (but not limited to) income growth, cost optimization, portfolio KVDs, SLAs and VoE
• Contribute to implementation of strategies, plans and frameworks, including the respective investment activities and drive execution of related actions
• Keep continuously updated regarding relevant market development /best practice and relevant external data related to business area
• Secure a constructive collaboration with other departments and functions for the benefit of the Group. Support EC's regional agenda and work proactively to take out synergies and cost efficiencies.
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with relevant stakeholders to foster collaboration and protection of EC's reputation and interests
