To us, the user experience is always top of mind, and we continuously work to develop our products. In this role, you'll be working with design of all Narratives products by converting user insights into strong visual concepts and solutions.
Responsibilities
At Narrative there are few written rules. You will enjoy a lot of freedom in this position, so you need to be someone who takes initiatives and makes things happen.
It will be your responsibility to come up with intelligent designs and work closely with Head of Product design in realizing them. You will work in product teams and keep a close communication and cooperation with our Development team.
Requirements
We believe in the principle of hiring on personality and training for skills. But to be successful in this position you need at least three years of experience of defining and designing digital products and/or services. You are familiar with prototyping rich interactive interfaces with multiple states. You have great knowledge in your craft and good knowledge of iOS, Android, OSX and Windows platforms.
It?s a bonus if you are familiar with Adobe Aftereffects, Quartz Composer or other prototyping/animation tools and have basic knowledge of HTML5, CSS
It's also a plus if you can challenge us in ping-pong.
Personal traits
You communicate successfully through design and text and you master English. You are thorough and detailed in your craft and take full responsibility for the finished project.
