As part of our technological evolution, we are now looking for a Senior Process and Application Specialist to achieve the global delivery team's overall mission by development of relevant business process, managing solution development or configuration work in close collaboration with the delivery team members, external partners and other relevant stakeholders.
The placement of this position is flexible, meaning that you can be situated near our headquarter in Gothenburg, or near our regional hubs across the EMEA region.

Here are some of the key accountabilities for the role;
Responsibility to drive and support delivery team's overall mission with ownership of own and team's deliveries & performance of solution.
Drive deliveries in collaboration with the team to deliver on promises.
Delivers quality configuration & development work relating to IT-systems in scope. This includes estimation, planning and management of configuration work, development work or other tasks reporting on progress.
Interacts with and constructively challenge users, customers & stakeholders to clarify needs & solutions.
Drives development and implementation of the global IT strategy including digital vision & mission and digital technology innovation roadmap.
Actively manages relevant backlog and iterations from a SCRUM perspective. Takes on SCRUM master role when delegated.
Develop and maintain expertise and best practice in relevant area including business processes, technologies, applications and relevant data.
If all that sounds appealing then here is what we would like you to demonstrate:
University Degree in Engineering/Computer Science/Information Technology
• 5 years of experience within the SAP ECC domain relating to manufacturing capabilities
In-depth understanding of business processes related to manufacturing and SAP ECC
Understanding of warehouse operations and inventory control concepts
Process and technology skills to work with transformation from SAP ECC to SAP S4 HANA
Clear and creative thinking in designs
Strong oral and written communication skills, including presentation skills.
Strong interpersonal skills & relations with ability to work effectively with stakeholders in complex organizations.
Proactive, positive attitude and have a drive to deliver results
