An exciting opportunity has arisen at Huawei Sweden for a Consumer Marketing Professional, looking for their next role and to build their CV with experience at a world leading Telecom Company.
Responsibilities:
• Proposition Development – assemble and define value propositions for key products and services within the Huawei terminal portfolio. Combine understanding of Swedish consumer needs and wants with a deep understanding of the handset industry, technology and vendor ecosystem to build marketing which suitable for Huawei.
• Sales assets and materials – develop compelling, creative and articulate sales tools and assets to arm the direct and indirect sales teams to communicate the value proposition in the appropriate style for each audience. Tools to include messaging, presentations, events content, web / digital content, sales tools etc.
• Competitive intelligence – develop a deep understanding of the competitor environment in Sweden and provide positioning, materials and marketing plan to help the Sales teams win business. Provide regular reports on Sweden competitor activity and positioning to the wider Marketing team.
• Support Sweden sales activity and product promotion – Identify specific content requirements for the Swedish market and develop materials and marketing plan accordingly.
• Thought Leadership – be an active participant in the creation of the “why Huawei?†story, positioning and key messages and support activity to educate and rollout to the regional sales and marketing teams. Engage with key channels, analysts and press to support Huawei as a leader in handset and other terminal business.
Experience and qualifications:
• Bachelors or Advanced degree in Marketing or related field, MBA preferred
• Minimum 8+ years of experience with specific marketing challenges of B2C consumer industry.
• Excellent verbal, written and presentation skills both in English and Swedish
• Positive, enthusiastic attitude and a passion for quality work
• Strength in working with varied groups including executive management, operations, and marketing teams
• Quick learner and must be able to respond to a variety of sales and marketing inquiries with tight deadlines
• Ability to easily interact with a demanding group of sales and marketing team members, appropriately juggling requests from different individuals
• The ability to think differently, adapt and drive new best practices
