We currently have the following job opening;
Senior Manager - Engine Integration and Powertrain Mounts
The Module team Engine and Transmission Integration develop hardware solutions for our new upcoming platforms and vehicles. We are responsible for the complete system from engine to wheels - through the transmissions, the AWD systems and as well including the Powertrain mounting in the vehicle. Within the module team, you will be line manager for two system teams; one working with the integration of the Engines with special focus on the engine aftertreatment systems, the second with the Powertrain Mount systems. This is an exciting mission where you will play an important role in building up the operations. We have a wide network of global partners, both inside the Geely group and external with suppliers located worldwide.

Responsibilities and tasks
- Recruit, develop and make people grow
- Lead and distribute the work within the area
- Secure the areas need of expertize and external collaboration partners
- Secure efficient cooperation within the global organization and all suppliers
- Drive and develop the work processes related to the team
- Support your team members in all related escalation issues
- Handle planning, budget and forecasts for all projects in your area
Requirements
- Engineering degree at M.Sc. level or similar
- Minimum 5 years experience from either the Engine development or from PT Mounts
- Minimum 3 years experience in a leading position
- Excellent ability to cooperate within a global organisation
- Fluent in English
- Cultural awareness, especially Asian - European culture
