hela Sverige Örebro University has a long tradition of education and research in the field of sport Science. There are two undergraduate programs (Sports Science and Coaching Programme / Management in Sport and Recreation) and one high-quality international master programme (Master in Sports Physiology and Medicine). Currently, eighteen students are enrolled in research education in Sport Sciences. Research is conducted within the research environment RISPA (Research in Sport Science and Physical Activity) with a range of externally funded research projects.
We are now looking for a new employee.
Duties and responsibilities
Duties include teaching, supervision and examination in courses in sport physiology, principles of exercise training and scientific methods and other related subject areas dependent on the qualifications of the applicant.
The teaching involved as primarly within the Sport Science and Coaching Programme and the Master Programme, but there may also be some teaching within the Subject Teacher Education Programme and freestanding courses. In the Master Programme all teaching is en english. Teaching also includes course development, administration, research and third-stream activities. The position holder is also expected to contribute to the development of the third-cycle subject area and the research environment at Örebro University.
