In this role, as a Senior HR Business Advisor, you will work closely with the executive team within B2C and have an impact translating business & organizational development into people strategy.

This role is within B2C, one of the key business units at Tele2. B2C works with various key areas related to the brands Tele2 and Comviq. This involves a wide range of activities spanning from digitalization, marketing, sales and customer service to TV content acquisition and advanced analytics, always strive to deliver superior solutions for our customers. We can guarantee there are always new exiting projects coming up!
ABOUT THE ROLE
You are expected to jointly drive and engage others in our people strategy, organization development, people review and workforce planning. You will work closely with executives within the B2C business unit and you are comfortable as an escalation point in employee matters.
You will report to Chief Culture & HR Business Advisory, who is a member in the GLT (Group Leadership Team). The team of HR Business Advisers is a group of four driven and committed people with a proactive and end-to-end perspective. You will be a central point within our People & Change organization working closely to the other departments as well as business and people-related projects.
Key responsibilities
Set and drive the overall people strategy for the key business unit; B2C
Advice and coach the B2C leadership team on people matters
Acting as a strong role model, delivering solutions and results which meet the business needs
Proactive workforce planning, including people review, assessments, performance management, forecasting and driving the succession management within the business unit
Take ownership and drive large company-initiated projects within the people area
Strong driver of the development of people culture, engagement and diversity & inclusion


WHO ARE YOU?
We are now looking for an energizing, flexible and driven person with several years of experience within both business development and people related questions and are familiar working closely with a executive management team. We believe you have a broad experience from the HR portfolio and how to connect it to the business.
You have experience from leading business transformation- putting strategy into practice, leading programs and implementing people engagement activities. You build trust, energy and commitment in the people area to improve the employee experience.

Qualifications
University degree or similar education within Human Resources, Economics or Business Management
Several years of HR portfolio experience, you could have either deep experience as a senior HRBP/HR manager position and are familiar working closely to executives. Another suitable background can be a broad experience from a position whitin Organizational development/Business management connected to people related questions.
Experience from project management/change management including proven ability of leading others to achieve a common goal or delivery
Excellent communication skills both in Swedish and English
Business experience from Tech and or Telco area
Education and/or experience within Swedish labor law is meriting
