This is a 12 months temporary position for a maternity leave, starting mid August 2009.

Description
The main purposes of the job are to support strategic goals by ensuring adequate reporting and analysing of business areas and costs centers. The person should also develop and maintain policies
required for IFRS reporting standards as well as coordinate and maintain the framework required for the group transfer pricing platform. Cooperation with and support to local finance departments in
group entities in daily operations, are also essential tasks.
Responsibilities
• Closing process and accurate accounting procedures
• Production of Annual Report for the Kwintet Group
• Coordination and analysis of fiscal matters from a group perspective
• Responsible for the Financial Manual
• Responsible for the Transfer Pricing Platform of the Kwintet Group
• Coordinate and analyse financial information
• Involve and encourage entities in re-designing financial work-flows
• Assist in projects related to merge and acquisitions and maintain acquisition register
• Involvement in structure, best practice and report related projects
• Coordination of the Group Insurance program
• Weekly and (full) monthly reporting with comments
• Ad hoc analysis
Requirements
University degree in Business Administration or Economics, preferably with focus on Accounting or Finance is required. Experience from an accounting firm or a financial department, is an advantage. To
have worked in an international environment and with group accounting, which require a specific reporting structure is preferable. It is preferable if you have worked with Transfer Pricing frameworks
and reported according to IFRS.
As a person you should be inspired by problem solving analysis and have a cross functional awareness. You must have a driving force, be able to build and maintain relationships, and at the same time
be tenacious. It is also of great importance that you are communicative and service minded.
