We are now looking for a Senior front-end/application SW developer to our Mobility Solution team.
You will be working in a team that is responsible for our digital products front-end development within the field of PONS Autonomous Mobility Ecosystem*. Your main responsibility will be to lead and develop our digital products from a SW development perspective. You will work in an agile environment with team-members having a clear focus on the front-end development, but also with other teams and departments as the overall user experience for the complete PONS Autonomous Mobility Ecosystem * needs to be coherent. • Pons Autonomous Mobility Ecosystem = A self-driving vehicle fleet operating within a city, being smart and proactive with the aim to offer excellent, on-demand, sustainable mobility services to its citizens.
The role involves:
- Act as a Technical Lead for the front-end developers
- Responsible for setting up the front-end architecture and maintaining the environment for front-end development - o Decide upon user interface frameworks to be used
- o Tools and processes for build, test and deploy (including change management and version control)
- o Contribute to the interface specifications towards our back-end for all affected services
- Co-operate with the UI/UX designers as well as back-end developers in order to maintain, evaluate and manage all of the requirements towards and from the front-end application
- Proactively work towards improving products and processes
- Evaluating the feasibility of new interaction design proposals
- Providing input to best practice design solutions
- Strong focus on implementation and monitoring of cybersecurity solutions together with our cybersecurity architects
We are looking for someone who has:
- Bachelors' degree in computer science or equivalent experience
- Several years of experience in a similar or equivalent role within an international technology/innovation intensive environment
- Several years of experience primarily from front-end development in a senior position - Experience from back-end development will be seen as a merit
- Experience from development on cloud platforms - o AWS, Azure, Google
- Proficient in front-end / application software design and development skills such as: - o React Native, Flutter, Kotlin
- o Java, Javascript, C#, Swift, Objective-C, HTML, CSS
- o GraphQL, JQuery
- o Vue, Angular, React
To be successful in this role, you need to:
- Clear focus and interest in digital product development
- Interest in staying up to date with trends and technologies
- Inspirational, with good communication skills both internally and externally
- Result and solution driven
- Fluent verbal and written communication in English, Swedish language skills are a plus
