hela Sverige Dfind Finance are on behalf of our client seeking a Senior Financial Controller, to a large global company located in central Stockholm.
The client is a human care company, pioneering significant innovations and clinical solutions for treating cancer and brain disorders.
The controller shall be responsible for the excution and control of the processes for budget, forecasting, order, logistics, invoicing, cash flow and installed base for Business Unit Nordic & Baltic countries.
Responsibilities:
• Produce the budget and forecasts in cooperation with the BU sales and service manager.
• Handle the order logistics as needed
• Handle customer invoicing, prepayments and bank guarantees.
• Coordinate with finance department for revenue recognition of project milestones
• Be the expert in the BU on the use of the MPS-system Movex for commercial orders
• Create montly cash flow forecast, P&L reports, project status and installed base reports.
• Monitor expense accounts
• To handle the renewal and invoicing of service contracts
• Handle and approve travel expenses for the employees in the Business Unit (not BU Manager)
• Control and monitor installed base information for the different products within BU Nordic as well as Region Europe
• Control and monitor headcount information for the different products within BU Nordic as well as Region Europe
• Actively review and suggest improvements within the Business Unit that could positively influence the result for the BU as a whole
• Handle bonus calculations for all BU employees
• Manage CFR database
Relevant knowledge, skills and competencies:
• Good knowledge of the Swedish, English and preferably another Nordic language (80% English).
• Good knowledge of Word, Excel, Movex and Aaro
• Good knowledge of business adminstration
• Very organized and quality oriented
• Be able to act independently in most situations or occasionally with a short instruction
