Financial Controlling and Risk Management is responsible for financial steering, performance reporting as well as risk management and controlling within our Customer Solutions business.
As Senior Financial Controller you are a key player in consolidating financial data from all our businesses as well as coordinating and developing the financial reporting processes within Customer Solution. You use your controlling and system skills to support management with financial information as well as reporting to our financial controlling colleagues in Essen. You are an appreciated counterpart to the financial controlling colleagues in the businesses, making sure that the numbers always are right and continuously driving improvements of processes and performance.
The work of the team is characterized by high competence within finance combined with deep business knowledge and ability to communicate in an educational way and you act as the sounding board to management in the financial planning and optimization. With transparent reporting of the business and related financials you and your colleagues influence the financial development, as well as consequences of different actions, on both short and long term.
You will have a large own responsibility and actively drive and perform various financial analyzes as well as your duties within monitoring and reporting as well as being a natural sounding board to colleagues with the Swedish and global finance organization. You report to the Head of Financial Controlling and Risk Management.
The role Senior Financial Controller includes responsibility for:
Compilation, consolidation and reporting of the results and balance sheet of the company
Planning and analysis of the company 's budget, three-year plan and forecasts
Analyze and communicate the financials together with colleagues locally as well as in the global finance organization
Being a key person in the development and implementation of efficient finance processes
Acting as main contact within our department towards the Finance department at our Corporate business
Keeping on-top of business progress and development within our Corporate business and functioning as the expert within our department
The role is located in Malmö
We expect you to have a university degree within Finance and a proven track record within finance / controlling. To be successful in the role as Financial Controller you need to have very strong analytical skills and an ability to capture, understand, interlink and evaluate information which is relevant for the business you work with. You can identify root causes to problems and you can find and drive improvements. Presentation and communications skills in English and Swedish and ability to present complex matters in a simple way both verbally and written are important competences for the role. Solid experience from working with finance systems and tools such as SAP, Tagetik, ClikView and Excel is highly valued.

You build credibility related to you as a person and to finance as a function through good cooperation and teamwork with colleagues within the business as well as within finance.
