We are now looking for experienced Erlang developers to join our DEK-family and journey. As a Erlang developer at DEK Technologies, you will be part of a cross-functional team responsible for end-to-end product development including design, implementation, test, and documentation. There will be opportunities to work both from our office as part of one of our in-house teams or on-site at one of our clients. The opportunities for growth and personal development are considerable, limited only by your own drive and curiosity.

To be successful in this positionwe believe it is important that you are an open minded person with a strong inner drive. You are a team player with great communication skills who enjoys working together with your colleagues. Since we are a flat organization, we expect you to be self-motivated with the ability to organize your daily work.

Key qualifications for the position:

• BS or MS in computer science, software engineering or similar, alternatively equal knowledge acquired through working experience
• At least 3 years of experience from working in Erlang, with OTP programming or functional languages, e.g. R or Haskell
• Linux knowledge
• Knowledge in version control systems, e.g. Git
• Knowledge in Script Languages
• Fluent in English, spoken and written

If you also have experience from working in Linux Kernel and user space and/or knowledge about TCP/IP it is beneficial.If you are or have an interest in being, a certified Scrum-master this is also positive.
