To further strengthen our Business Development team, we are searching for a Senior Director Brand Partner Insights & Analytics.
Purpose of the Role
Provide the organization with improved level of insights, learnings and analytical system about our Brand Partners, to support the business to create better strategic and informed decisions. Develop Brand Partner Insights and analytics global capabilities, with new ways of working, supporting Markets and other global functions.
What will you do?
Lead development of a reliable and dynamic intelligence and analytical system in Power BI, to support Markets' needs.
Lead and develop prioritized ad hoc analyses relevant for markets and functions.
Lead and develop qualitative studies of Brand Partners, to develop deep insights and learnings relevant for the organization.
Support prioritized global projects with insights and analytics, as well as be a speaking partner for stakeholders of the project.
Actively work to share and communicate Brand Partner Insights & Analytics across Markets and functions, to support the business to create better strategic and informed decisions and an aligned understanding.
Educate people in the Markets of new aligned ways of working and how to use the tools developed.
Work in close collaboration with Global IT, and Markets as requestors of information, to improve the level of analysis as well as creating and aligned global approach.
Indirect leadership of many functions and markets during insights and analytics work.
Create an environment that encourages excellence, sharing best practices and tight communication within the Business Development team, as well as with different Markets/functions.

Insights & Analytics - building dynamic intelligence and analytical systems.
Project Management
Strategic thinking - focused on the big picture, but still able to implement the small details that are important for the business.
Analytical thinking - quick and accurate at handling numbers, understands reports and can take proper decisions and make plans accordingly.
Direct and indirect leadership skills - a natural and effective leader and manager
Excellent verbal and written communications skills.
Business acumen and commercial understanding.
Your background and qualifications
University degree, or higher.
5-10 years of experience within Insights & Analytics, preferably form international company.
Must have been working in a market and understand how a Brand Partner/Leader thinks and works and what are the main drivers of the development of the business short and long term.
Experience in direct or indirect leadership.
High proficiency in Microsoft Office and Power BI.
Professional written and verbal communication skills in English, additional languages preferred as well.
