It is a fast growing company with a yearly turnover of roughly 100 MEUR. The headquarter is located in the Old Town in Stockholm, and employs around 100 people. Apart from the Stockholm office, Acne Studios operates offices in Paris, New York, London, Oslo and Copenhagen.
JOB DESCRIPTION
The position as Senior digital designer within our digital department is a demanding but rewarding one. You will play a central role in the creative and commercial expansion of our online presence. Key assignments will range from work within long-term marketing projects to online merchandising and design tasks on a daily basis. You will work within a small department of crucial importance to our business that is closely linked to the daily operations within the Marketing department and you will learn about all the different aspects of online communication and fashion business.
Work tasks include the following:
• Maintain and develop the visual appearance of our online store and all areas of online communication.
• Ensure that all online designs meet Acne Studios standards
• Ensure that all products are shot and displayed as attractively as possible
• Production of final art for all online channels.
QUALIFICATIONS
As an ideal candidate you will be an enthusiastic and strong visual communicator who is able to manage and meet multiple deadlines. You will be passionate about fashion in general and Acne Studios products and brand in particular. You also have a passion for the web and its possibilities.
• A portfolio that highlights your strong design abilities.
• 4 years? experience as a graphic designer with proven skills in designing for online media.
• A strong understanding of luxury brand building and e-commerce.
• A keen eye for design, creative flair and the ability to innovate our online creative direction within an exciting environment.
• Strong interest in contemporary design and fashion as well as great respect for traditional design and typography.
• Enthusiasm and a great sense of humor.
• Strong planning, organizational, social and problem solving skills.
• Strong communication skills in written and spoken English.
• Dedicated, ambitious and prepared to travel.
• Solid working knowledge of necessary computer applications.
MERITING QUALIFICATIONS
• Bachelors / Masters Degree or equivalent.
• Work experience within the luxury fashion industry.
