This will be us - your new colleagues within Data Analytics & BI Deliveries
Data is a new function within Digital & IT with the goal to unlock the power of data for the full Volvo Group to become a fully data-driven company! With data, the core component of our transformation journey, we will, together with our data talents, make the Volvo Group 2030 vision happen. We will take care of all the aspects of Data, how it is quality assured, documented, made available, prepared, and consumed through BI, Analytics and Machine Learning.
We collaborate with other parts of the organization, both in Digital & IT, with TD/BAs and Group Functions. We foster an environment where ideas, thoughts and opinions can be shared. We are team players with clear common ambitions, and we win together.
In our unit, Business areas Analytics and BI, we focusing on Analytics and Data domain deliveries for the Volvo Construction Equipment's, Volvo Penta, Volvo Financial services, Volvo Energy, Volvo Autonomy and Volvo Buses. We aim for transforming into Agile and DevOps teams with a strong focus of value creation, we are in the beginning of this journey and are seeking you who like to be a driver for change and transformation, just like us.
This is how you could make an impact
As a Delivery Lead/Scrum Master you are a servant leader and coach for one or several of our to-be agile teams. You coach and lead implementation and practices of the agile framework chosen for the team. You foster a high performance culture within the team focusing on continuous improvement and continuous deliveries.
These will be some of your responsibilities:
Leading the implementation of Agile Safe framework or other selected frameworks
Be a strong advocate for Agile mindset and practices
Support DevSecOps implementations where applicable
Safe guard scope and priorities, meaning strong focus on stop starting, start finishing
Jointly with the team own and drive upskilling initiatives and continuous learning in Agile, Analytics and Digital transformation supporting our continuous next.
Onboard new members and identify missing knowledge or abilities to get to the next level of excellence of analytics practices and deliveries in the team
Who are you?

You probably have previous experience of implementing Agile and are strong practitioner of Agile. You are also well oriented in the Data and Analytics area. Most likely you have been a practitioner of creating solutions in any of the larger platforms and tools such as MS Azure, AWS, Google or likewise.
