As a Commercial Advisor, you will offer your commercial knowledge to ensure that the anticipated business benefits are achieved across the entire product life cycle. This role involves enhancing business cases, finalizing deals that meet business goals, and finding strategies to improve partnerships with external parties.
As a Commercial Advisor, you will utilize your expertise in commercial matters to ensure that the expected business value is achieved at every stage of the product's life. Your role involves enhancing business cases, securing deals that meet business goals, and finding opportunities to improve ongoing partnerships with external parties.
The Commercial Advisor possesses strong leadership abilities and promotes a collaborative work environment that values transparency, safety, and trust over hierarchy. They prioritize creating value, fostering growth, and providing exceptional customer service with a sense of ownership and accountability, ultimately achieving outstanding business outcomes.
You will be in charge of:
• Overseeing complicated procurement projects.
• Engaging in negotiations with outside partners to obtain favorable terms.
• Evaluating potential new partners and partnerships related to the product sector.
• Collaborating with product leaders to establish and ensure the viability of the business plan.
• Determine the most suitable commercial model or partnership for the business case.
• Set and execute strategic guidelines for managing the partner portfolio effectively over the long term.
• Manage risks associated with partner and vendor contracts and agreements.
• Review current commercial models and propose new strategies for contracts and partnerships.
• Oversee the negotiation processes including requests for proposals, tender creation, and scheduling.
• Stay informed about the product industry by analyzing suppliers and market trends.
• Review spending analyses and take appropriate actions.
• Assist in establishing partnerships and maintaining relationships between product stakeholders, collaborators, and suppliers.
Requirements
• Abilities of a program/project manager.
• Excellent analytical abilities including KPI analysis and creating business cases, along with problem-solving skills and a practical approach.
• Strategic thinker capable of linking business case goals with necessary implementation actions.
• Proficiency in negotiating and resolving conflicts, with the capacity to influence and convince others.
• Strong communication abilities, including delivering feedback in a positive way.
• Skilled in creating plans and rallying others, with a plus for experience in diverse backgrounds.
• Focused on results, practical, efficient, and proactive in seeking answers.
• Experience in making deals and knowledge of various deal formats.
• Fluent in English, and Swedish, both written and spoken.
