Creatives at Brickland combine artistry, craftsmanship, and strategic thinking to produce stunning concepts that stop people in their tracks. We're now looking to expand our team with an experienced CG Producer who has a demonstrated background in the animation and stills production world. Preferably with an eye for the automotive industry.
In this vital, client-facing role, you'll collaborate with Creative Directors, Art Directors, and our Project Managers to fulfil a shared vision. As the producer, you'll lead the production, assemble the right talent, and use your technical and aesthetic expertise to execute different projects. You'll build strong relationships with our clients and the team, earning their trust through your ability to bring visions to life.
As a Producer, you'll excel in production workflows that meet expected outputs and take projects from the initial brief to the final delivery. Overseeing that the execution reflects the high standards we set for our work, within the budget and time frame. By thinking beyond briefs and with a solution-oriented mindset, you'll help build Brickland's reputation for work that is ground-breaking and influential.
You'll engage with the entire team without being directly responsible for their professional development, instead acting as an inspirational leader. By providing coordination and management, you'll nurture the group and transform day-to-day tasks into meaningful opportunities for growth.
