Job description
Perido is looking for a Team Leader and Senior Cash Management Advisor for our client, a large and well known Swedish bank. The right person for this position will be welcomed by an organisation that believes in long-lasting relationships and values a healthy, lifestyle culture and work-life balance. We are looking for a Senior Cash Management Advisor who wants to cultivate his/her team to become banking partners, understanding the needs of our clients and creating value for their business. You will manage your team of cash management professionals in a way that ensures timely and accurate deliveries of customized solutions as well as helping the companies? clients to realise their goals. Furthermore, the job includes contributing to the further strategic development of the cash management area, motivating your team, keeping a proactive dialogue with the client and much more. You are driven by helping people to unleash their talents. Knowing when to put your foot down without creating conflict is a good quality to have as well as being a good listener. Required qualifications
• Master degree or equivalent in Finance, Business Administration or related field
• Many years of experience from banking or leading financial positions
• A few years experience from working with/for Financial Institutions & Organizations
• Proven track record of sales with outstanding results
• You express yourself well in English and Swedish, in both speaking and writing
