In this role your main responsibilities will be creating and send purchase orders for Indirect Purchasing departments to Suppliers.
This will involve ordering a variety of different goods, with a particular emphasis on Recruitment and Professional Services suppliers. Additionally, tasks will include managing various documents like NDA and Contracts, maintaining relationships with vendors, and handling archiving and documentation.
Requirements:
• Several years of experience within Purchasing and buying Commodity services and Products
• Prior experience working with Recruitment and Professional Services
Meritorious:
• Knowledge of SAP
Required qualities to succeed in this role:
• Used to work in projects with high pace, high awareness, cooperative and solution oriented
• Self going and Strategical
• Tactical and Operational
