In this role you will work in the heart of Volvo Group Trucks Technology, close to the product development and support the organization in financial areas. As Senior Business Controller you act as a Business partner in the management team in assigned department, ensuring budget and forecasting processes.
You are also responsible for proactively driving implementation of best practice. This includes continuous improvement of the finance related processes and tools to ensure efficiency and effectiveness in the controlling. Other responsibilities are investment controlling, ad hoc analysis and management regarding the product project portfolio and resources. You will as well ensure a professional and quality assured project cost sign off on applicable product projects.

Professional skills:
We are looking for a person with excellent Business Control knowledge, proficiency in developing budgets and forecasts. You have a professional approach, high ambitions and a drive to improve the organization. We believe that you have a Master in Business Administration, Master of Science or equivalent and solid experience with professional achievements in a controlling position. The position also requires that you are fluent in English, both written and spoken. You are an excellent team player, with strong communication skills and customer focus. High autonomy, analytical capabilities as well as a structured way of working is important characteristics in this position.
