hela Sverige The Senior Business Analyst Product Line Kitchen will provide proactive financial support to the Product Line kitchen Controller and the Product Line kitchen leadership team.
Incumbent of this position will be proving an ongoing, proactive support to the Product Line Controller in the following activities:
Management Reporting / Monitor and Analyse business performance:
# Drive continuous optimization (automation, standardization, timeliness, data quality) of the product line management reporting. # Report and follow-up on key PL financials through budget and seasonal target variance analysis # Deliver monthly and quarterly analysis aimed at understanding and improving business performance to both Product Line head and the PL team # Proactively identify business issues and opportunities to the PL management team in driving continuous range optimization from profitability, revenue and complexity point of view. # Support to the PL management in the preparation of business reviews The Senior analyst is expected to provide conclusion and recommendation that will help the PL team to deliver long term EBIT and share
Support the Strategic Planning process for the Product Line:
# Support the development of the Product Line generation plan, the Product Line Profit and Loss as well as the Capital Expenditure (CAPEX) targets setting.
Work closely with the Finance teams in the Sector, Industrial Operations, R&D, Marketing, Sales and the Pricing Office to ensure best financial information flow and delivery of the targets for the different lines in the P&L.
The senior business analyst will also get involved in ad hoc projects and activities requiring business analysis expertise.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
EXPERIENCE ON THE JOB: A minimum of 5 years of experience within finance / controlling, ideally in an operational unit (e.g. Sales Division) Financial data monitoring and analyzing Working with multifunctional interfaces Degree economics, business management, finance
