The Senior Business Analyst is part of the Business Area Europe controlling team and plays a key role in financial processes like Strategic Planning, Financial performance reporting as well as driving specific projects within the financial area interacting across various functions and stakeholders. You will be based in Stockholm, Sweden and report to our Head of Sector Controlling & Business Planning Business Area Europe.As part of Electrolux we will continuously invest in you and your development. Some of the responsibilities · Support the Business Area controlling team in the preparation and analysis of the financial result for the current and forecasted business KPIs. · Participate in the Annual Planning and Forecasting process, like Budget and Strat Plan. · Provide aligned & standardized methodology and structure for KPI reporting within the BA functions.· Support various change management activities for process improvement. · Initiate, lead or participate in various projects within the Business area and the Group.· Be a reliable representative of the Business Area Financial Management towards other internal departments (Group Controlling, Treasury, Group Accounting, etc).· Have the capability to be the cross function contact point for the different Controlling functions (Product Line, Sales, Industrial Operations, Marketing, etc). Education & experience (Minimum qualifications) · University degree in Business Administration or similar.· Minimum 3 years' experience in business analysis or controller positions in an international environment.· Good understanding and experience of Profit & Loss, Balance Sheet and Cash Flow.· Good knowledge of IT tools (SAP & Excel) and applications. · Experience in forecasting processes & financial planning.· Fluent in written and spoken English.
