The customer is running a program called External Collaboration, which purpose is to enable efficient engineering co-operation for all types of supplier relations.
We are now looking for a senior business analyst to be part of the business analyst team we have in the program. You'll conduct pre-studies and/or gather requirements depending on your earlier experience and competence profile. You'll work in close co-operation with both business and IT with focus in procurement related activities.
Main responsibilities:
Facilitate dialogues and co-operate with different stakeholders to be able to drive content and document findings according to agreed methodologies with specific knowledge in Procurement area; like developing material for RFQ etc.
Required Experience:
• Process mapping experience using various tools
• Information flow mapping experience using various tools
• Problem analysis experience using different methods
• Requirements gathering and elaboration
• Experience from business analysis related to IT-development projects
• Experience from project gate models; preferably from Automotive
• Experience from Procurement area included RFQ
Required Skills:
• Workshop preparation and facilitation
• Formal facilitation and chartering training
• Work experience using agile methodology
• Fluent in English, both verbally and in writing
• Innovative and creative
Required Personality:
• Customer focused
• Innovative and creative
• Effective in communication (written, presentation and oral)
• Ability to deal with customers in a professional manner and to deliver in time with high quality (service oriented)
• A global and flexible mind-set and attitude and cultural and diversity awareness
