hela Sverige As one of our team member takes up another position within the department, Parent Company Accounting is now looking for a Senior Accounting Specialist. The team is part of the Group Controlling & Accounting organization and is responsible for the accounting to reporting of the parent company of the Atlas Copco Group and other entities. It also delivers finance support to the Group Center functions located in Sickla, including Group Treasury, and coordinates pensions for Sweden.
As a team member in Parent Company Accounting, you have your own areas of responsibilities in the Accounting to Reporting process as well as act as back up for others and work with job rotation, which means that you gain insight in our entire reporting process. The assignments cover reporting in Group reporting System (GPS), legal and statutory accounting, cost analysis and preparing management presentations.
Part of your responsibility is to support several other entities with in depth accounting and reporting knowledge. You will have the opportunity to acquire a broad knowledge, via job rotation, in various areas such as IFRS, K3, tax and legal matters.
You will be part of a team that, at times, work under pressure. Flexibility and managing unforeseen events are to be expected.
Mission:
Manage and plan activities together with team members in order to achieve, higher level of compliance of local GAAP and IFRS.
Manage, develop and constantly improve processes (Accounting to Reporting, Order to cash and Purchase to Pay) together with other team members.
Share knowledge aiming to improve the quality and increase the competence of the team.

This position will give you the spectrum of accounting and controlling
Knowledge
• Genuine knowledge in Accounting
• Good skills in Excel
• Good analytical capabilities
• Understanding of the structure in an ERP system
• A good level of English, oral and written
• Experience of SAP is an advantage
