You will become an important teammember of Group Security, who's fundamental mission is to direct, coordinate and control the management of all security risks that may occur in our business, in order to maintain a balance between risks and opportunities and ensure compliance.
Group Security has an overall global governance & financial responsibility for the security function, regardless of organization, line management and localization.
Group Security is dedicated to contribute to the creation of business value, to protect our people, assets and reputation, as well as enable profitable business in the global marketplace.
The assignment involves a lot of international travel, may include high risk exposure, and may become an international assignment. We are currently located in Stockholm, Linköping and Bangkok. Other locations are considered.
Your role
Responsible to support the Head of Compliance & Investigations to;Establish and maintain an independent organization-wide Security Audit Program, in order to identify changes required for continual improvements.Continuously monitor and evaluate compliance with applicable laws, regulations, requirements and agreements.Monitor Saabs incident reporting and administrate Saabs incident reporting system.Compile and provide regular incident reports and compliance reports to stakeholders.Monitor security threats and risks and provide regular reports and briefings.Establish and maintain a Security Maturity Model setting a foundation and consistency of performance evaluation to support progress and what investments to make in regard to security risk management and compliance.
Your skills and experience
Preferably 10 years of full-time work experience in security, risk management or compliance. Proven leadership and management experience, ideally coupled with experience from large international businesses.
Relevant university level degree, or similar education level, ideally coupled with a high level of business understanding. Relevant audit experience is highly recommended. Security Management and Risk Management qualifications are highly desirable.
Strong working knowledge;Auditing standards and procedures.Corporate security and risk management.Legal and regulatory aspects, and best practice i.e. ISO 27000, ISO 31000, ISO 9001, FMV/ISM and KSF.Business understanding and organizational skills to oversee highly complex projects.Ability to work on a strategical level.
Skills;Excellent leadership, teamwork and communication skills.Lives and represents our core values; availability, integrity, trust, drive, expertise & teamwork.Analytical, structured ways of working and administrative skills. High attention to details.Ability to analyze large amounts of data and to compile detailed reports, professional computer skills.Sound independent judgement, stable personality, capable to perform in a stressful, international environment.Absolutely trustworthy with high standards of ethics and personal integrity and willing to undergo background screening and/or personality assessments to verify this.Ability to pass background screening, security clearance, credit screening, and drug tests etc.
