SWEDEN (SCANDINAVIA)

The role includes a close cooperation with the management team focused on strategic and operational development as well as shaping the Wind Operations in Scandinavia.
YOUR MAIN TASKS
• Monitor the market and carefully develop the Energy section internally and externally with experts, fully supported by the management team.
• Ensure that the section delivers its financial and strategic goals.
• As Section Manager, you will be responsible for the quality of your sections' deliveries.
• P&L (Profit and Loss) responsibility.
• Market activities in close corporation with the Management.
• Lead, support and to motivate your Team.
• Report directly to Area Manager Energy.
PERSONALITY AND EXPERTISE

We are looking for you with relevant university education for the service and more than 5 years of work experience in the wind power industry. Your profile and background is most probably in project execution and project management from medium to large wind power projects / assignments mainly in the Nordic countries, but also international projects.
Experience in electrical installations and a large network of contacts in the industry is of high value. We believe You are a business- and action-oriented - a strategic person who possesses great expertise in wind power. To succeed in the role, we would like you to be excellent in communicating, manage high level of responsibility and have a know-how in developing and creating good relationships with employees, customers and suppliers. In short, we are looking for a person with strong entrepreneurial mindset and drive that will, fully supported by the Area Manager and the management, take part of building Wind Power activities from scratch.
Good knowledge of both Swedish and English is required in both speech and writing. B driving license is a requirement.
