Do you want to be part of developing the mobility solutions of tomorrow?

We are looking for an experienced Scrum Master for two of our development teams, where one team is responsible for our Embedded software and one team is responsible for our BackOffice system. You will work in the company's R&D department and be part of the Software Development group. R&D on FLOWBIRD today consists of over 50 people spread over 5 agile teams. The development teams are in Stockholm, Canada and Poland.

In the role of Scrum Master, you facilitate and lead the team's work according to Scrum. You act as a coach for the teams and provide feedback and advice if necessary. You create a good working climate for your team by removing obstacles that arise. You are also a single point of contact for the team towards internal and external stakeholders. We also see that the right person can act as agile coach for our R&D. Continuous improvement is important to us and there are great opportunities to develop work methods and processes.

We are searching for someone who has

• At least 5 years of work experience

• Previous experience of working as a Scrum Master and/or Agile coach

• You have a technical background and a good understanding of how software development is conducted

• Great interest in developing and leading people
Great English speaking/writing skills

It's a plus if you have

• A ScrumMaster certification

• Experience of other agile methods such as Kanban or XP
Previous experience of Azure DevOps (formerly VSTS)
