What do we offer?

The Body Functions ART has responsibilities that stretches from early phases until launch of new cars, and it involves development of customer functionality, system design, verification, hardware design and software development. The technical responsibility covers system solutions in various areas, among them Vehicle access, Locking, Alarm and Exterior Light. The ART is also responsible for developing a number of different electronic control units, some of them with in-house developed SW. We make impact on the customers experience of a premium car!

We are now looking for Scrum Masters (ScM) for our teams within the ART Body Functions:

* Exterior Light & Visibility
* VCU1 (Vehicle Computational Unit 1)
* CEM (Central Electronic Module)
* LPC & FIOC (Low Power Controller & Front I/O Controller)
* Remote
* Alarm & Locking
* Usage Authorisation

What you'll do

You will be a servant leader, coaching the team using agile team practices with focus on flow, and take lead in continuous improvements. You will help the team embrace, adopt and apply agile principles and practices, you will support in the agile ways of working like SAFe, Scrum, Kanban, Definition of-Done, WIP limits etc. You will also support in develop techniques for work breakdown, estimating, planning and follow-up. Your goal is to see to that the team operate as an effective "team on the train".

You will work closely with the team, Product Owners and with the line management. You will be supporting the Product Owners in their efforts to manager the backlog with respect to priorities and scope. You will facilitate all team meetings like the daily stand-up, iteration-planning, demo and retrospective. You will also collaborate with other Scrum Masters to learn and improve you profession.

Do you fit the profile?

We believe you have a very good practical and theoretical knowledge of agile principles, e.g scrum methodology. You have previous experience from working in an agile environment and possess knowledge about, at least, one of the larger agile frameworks. Experience in SAFe is meritorious.

You have a University Degree in Engineering, preferably with a Master of Science within Electrical Engineering or Industrial Engineering, Automatization or similar. You need to have good knowledge of the customer's perspective and be result driven, since it will guide you through you daily work, deliveries and technical solutions.

You have strong skills in leadership and previous experience of teambuilding. You are a good communicator, who appreciate collaboration. You have a curious and open-minded approach and are able to make original observations, provide insights as well as solutions. You prefer to make fact-based decisions and are fluent in English, both verbally and written.
