School Receptionist to Internationella Engelska Skolan in Sundbyberg

Do you want to work in an international environment in an organisation with a clear pedagogical vision? Are you enthusiastic and passionate about developing an IES school that is expanding?

IES Sundbyberg started in August 2018 for year 4 and 5. Now we are ready for the next step by welcoming more staff, teachers and students to the school start in August 2019. We are recruiting a School Receptionist to be part of our fantastic administrative team.

The main duties of the School Receptionist will include:

• Check in at reception
• Student intake
• Coordinate with substitute teachers and cover lessons
• Coordinate with teachers of mother tongue lessons
• Office Management

We are looking for someone who is positive, service-minded, organized and capable of creating good contacts with students, parents and teachers. You need to have excellent skills in both English and Swedish.
